Workshop Facilitator

Flexible Working Days (negotiated during the interview)

$40 per hour/ workshop (dependent on role and experience)

Workshop Duration: 2 hours + set-up/pack-up

We are expanding rapidly and with more work than one Mumma can handle, it is time to bring on board the MGS dream team!


We are looking for:

  •  Mums and bubs craft workshop facilitator (must be available Wednesdays in Bardon).

  • Mums and bubs workshop facilitator (flexible days Logan and Brisbane). 


A love of craft is super important to this role but there are a whole lot of other qualities that we are looking for:


Must Have:

  • First-hand knowledge of our market demographic (mums).

  • Experience with teaching or facilitating workshops.

  • Ability to work independently to uphold the values of the business.

  • Empathy, kindness, and understanding of the challenges our participants are experiencing.

  • Creative problem-solving skills.

  • Love of craft.

  • Own car with the ability to collect/drop off materials in Kelvin Grove.

  • Flexible schedule 

  • Punctual, reliable and with excellent communication skills.


Desired Traits:

  • Creative ideas to develop and market into new workshops.

  • Admin experience. 

  • Interest in building the business by seeking out new opportunities for workshops in areas close to you.

  • Ability to train women from marginalised pockets of the community.


The right people will be provided with extensive training and ongoing support and there will be room to grow with the business. We are looking for someone who is innovative, fun and believes in Mumma Got Skills as a brand and a social enterprise.
